“This is the ‘Go-To’ resource for any lay Catholic wanting to go deeper into Scripture. Coming from the heart of the Church.”
—Edward Sri, S.T.D., Sr. Vice President of Apostolic Outreach FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students)
“I’ve never seen a more complete and useful study Bible. The editors incorporate the riches of the tradition of the Fathers alongside the best of modern critical scholarship. From Genesis to Revelation, they manifest a rare sense of the Bible as a liturgical book and source of Catholic doctrine. From this day forward, I assure you, the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible will be at my desk and open.”
—Mike Aquilina, author, Rabbles, Riots, and Ruins: Twelve Ancient Cities and How They Were Evangelized
Mind blown! Truly a study Bible. The footnotes have meaning and go deep, beyond surface explanations, looking at the old testament to give context to explain and give meaning to the new! Will not be skipping over these quality, well thought out, footnotes. WOW!!! I feel like I'm in class. Excellent!!!! Thank you!! Well worth every penny!!

I received my copy yesterday and wish I had ordered it sooner! The only problem is trying to put it down. This is the penultimate Study Bible! It has everything you will ever need to dive deeper into your studies of Sacred Scripture and is beautifully bound. You will be hard pressed to exhaust the material included in this amazing Study Bible. The way the supplementary material is organized, including the scholarly introductions to each book and highly useful indices will take your study to the next level. Catholics and Protestants alike should have this Bible in their collection and use it daily. This is an amazing deal and you will not regret this purchase!
